If my flight arrives early, will my driver be there waiting for me?
Yes, we track all flights so we will do our best to arrive early.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We are waiting for you! If for any reason there are further delays, at customs etc, the waiting time will be charged at an hourly rate, depending on the type of vehicle, 30 minutes are always included on arrivals.
How will we meet the driver at the airport?
Your driver will be holding a sign with your name or company logo on it. If for some reason you do not find us, please call +393384734349 or the driver’s mobile number which will be given to you upon confirmation of your booking. Please do not leave the terminal and go outside before you have found us.
Do you have prices including parking and tolls?
Parking and toll are not included, they will be added to the final bill.
How long does it take to get from Malpensa Airport or Linate Airport to the center of Milan?
From Malpensa airport to Milan center it takes 60 minutes and from Linate to Milan center 30 minutes, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.
What happens if my flight details change?
Please call or email and we will update your booking with the new details.
How long before my flight do I need to arrive at the terminal?
Normally you should arrive 2-3 hours before your flight. But I always recommend checking this with the airline.
Will the driver drive in excess of any speed limits?
Absolutely not! None of your drivers will ever exceed the speed limit allowed by law.
Will my driver respect my privacy and confidentiality?
Absolutely yes. What is said in the car, stays in the car.
Does my driver carry my luggage?
Yes, your driver will always be available to help you carry bags and luggage.
Will my driver be willing to wear a suit and tie?
Absolutely! They always look perfect, dark suits, shirt and tie.
Will my driver drive gently and thoughtfully?
The driver will always drive at safe and sensitive speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic, and speed limits.
Will my driver chat with the passenger(s)?
Our drivers will always be courteous to the customer at all times. If the passenger wants to talk or ask questions, then the driver will be happy to answer.
When do I pay for my booking?
We will need a 50% deposit to secure your booking and the rest will be settled 48 hours prior to travel. If your trip is short-term, the full amount will be paid before the trip.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We also took bookings an hour before the trip but we suggest that you make the booking as soon as you have made your travel plans in case we have a busy period.

Will my vehicle be clean?
All vehicles are washed daily and are regularly cleaned and sanitized.
Will my car be safe?
Safety is always our top priority.
Do I have to pay extra to enter the restricted traffic zone?
No, all our vehicles are ZTL registered so there is no additional cost.
Is there a special tax for public holidays or Christmas days?
Yes! Please speak to our team about this.
Do the prices include VAT or extra VAT?
VAT is 10%.

How old are your vehicles?
Our cars are usually less than 3 years old.
Can I eat and drink in the vehicle?
Water is provided in all our vehicles, but unfortunately you are not allowed to eat in the car.
Is bottled water available in the vehicle?
Absolutely!. Provided free of charge to our customers.
I hate the smell of smoke in the car, is it a non-smoking car?
Absolutely no smoke smell in the car. But it will be possible to make a stop for smoking if requested.
